Before the blog ever existed, I made money as an app tester on a platform called uTest. After about three and a half months, I had made $432 on the platform.

Monetisation is useless without traffic. So I launched social media pages focused on local Ghanaian politics and celebrity news, where I shared my articles, and I remember Ghana was heading into the 2020 elections; a few key political stories blew up and brought thousands of daily readers to the site.
However, this didn’t happen overnight. It took two full years of consistent publishing for those small daily earnings to add up to more than $2,000.
Here’s the screenshot from May 1st to May 31st, because that’s exactly when I earned that $ 2,000.
And as you can see, from May 1st to May 31st, my ending balance was $2,207.61. These are real earnings from my consistent effort and A direct result of two years of continuous traffic building.
